The SmartClose program has been designed to allow our buyers to bundle their closing costs of land transfer tax and legal fees, and has the option to defer them for a period of time interest free with no payments. A nominal administration fee is applicable. Intially “Smart Close” is only available as a test for homes purchased through agents working within the geographic boundaries of Brampton or Mississauga.

Based on the consumer interest in this program our intention is to expand SmartClose to the rest of the GTA by year end.
